Seek Counseling
Seek counseling. We must not rely on our own thinking. It is better to “toss” our ideas around, at least to one other source. Preferably with someone who believes like we believe. A “spiritual advisor”. Someone who has the “Buck stop where it starts.” Seek the Master and he will lead us to the right people and places. I, myself, cannot say “Lead us not into temptation”, and then go to a barroom to play pool. There are pool tables in other rooms, if I’m willing and patient, He will lead me to them until I am steady and ready. And when I become steady and ready, I won’t even want to enter a barroom any more.
