My Daily Meds: January 2

Got to get over it.

One day while reminiscing, I exclaimed,
“Why do I regret the past?” It was
keeping me in a morbid state of depression.

A good friend of mine said, “I think you
better shut the door on it for a while.”

I was facing lots of “done deeds”. In time
I realized I was not so unique. Someone said,
“If it’s in the dictionary, it’s been done before.”

Anything I did before age 18, I was
just a child. In fat, I had a great
childhood – for 30 years!

I understand that if I am sorry for
something I did, maybe, really try hard not to
repeat it, repair it if possible, or at least be
willing to make it right, I can live with
that.

Most of all, we are promised the
divine forgiveness.

Thank you my Master.

Let me enjoy this day.
