Money is nice, but helping others pays twice.
The feeling of helping one truly in need
    Pays for itself, satisfaction, guaranteed
You know I preach a lot more than I practice
Sometimes I see it, and that’s what the facts is.
So, if I feel incomplete, like pepper and no salt …
You can rest assured, it’s my own dog gone fault.

  • My Daily Meds: January 10

I pray to love you, my Master

With all my heart, with all my soul
with all my mind, and all my strength

all my faith, all my hope
all my trust, and all my will

all my needs, all my wants
all my desires, all my fears

I pray to love my neighbor as I love
myself, and I pray to love my enemy
as well. For what reward is there in
    loving only my brethren?

Forty or fifty, we made it –we won!
Life hasn’t ended, for us it’s begun.
Kick out depression, “Flip Birds” at the sloth
If our lives were soup, we are only the broth
So much to be added, the veggies and meat
Spice up our life; for dessert will be sweet.
