Un dia a la vez. Einn dag I’ einu.

One day at a time. No matter how you say it, it has made a lot of sense for a long time. It was recorded to be written over 2000 years ago. It is still true today. One thing at a time. One minute at a time. Right now.

    Side Affects?
           Effects?

There are a lot of drugs or medications on the market today. I see them advertised on TV often. Some of them have more side affects than healing powers. Some of the side affects (in my opinion) outweigh the illness. Do I want a muscle – ache or do I want diarrhea? What will it be today? Don’t get me wrong, there are some medications I need to take. I am very careful, though, what and when I take. If I don’t have a cold, I won’t take a cough drop. If I don’t have a fever or headache – I won’t take an aspirin. I feel like my Master rewards me for not abusing pills. The pills will be there when I need them. Hopefully when I’m older. Ive watched people get old and die. The Master tends to their every need right to the end. Thank You, Master, for supplying my every need so far.

I went to a meeting the other night. I saw a lot of strange faces. I also saw some people I did not know.

Sometimes I meet people who look just like someone I already know. It used to irritate me. Even give me a resentment. Then I remember what a good friend told me. If you hear something you can relate to, good or bad, talk to that person after the meeting. When I did this, I began to make friends instead of enemies. A whole new outlook on life.
