I believe in the Blessed Three,
At times I feel they talk through me;
Believe what you want, that’s your right;
As long as it works, you’ll sleep tonight.

[AA Founders’ day, 1935]
What you ain’t got, ain’t supposed to be yours
Do what’s in front of ya’, accept all your chores.
Don’t be lookin’ for them “Getting’ rich quick schemes.”
Just be patient, those ain’t your real dreams.
”Take your luck as it comes, yeah, fit yourself to it.”
If it’s there, it feels right, well, ya’ better just do it. -

If we are “going through the wringer”
we are being cleansed. When we come out
the other side, we will be “squeaky clean.”
Now we have choices. Who to hang out with.
where to hang out. Why are we hanging out?
Do we want to stay clean? I do.
Thank-You Master, for cleaning me up.
