Dear Lord [Jesus], I’m not worthy of this new life
You let me keep my kids and my wife
My only desire is to follow you
Use me up … til you are through
There’s nothin’ on earth, here that I want
Livin’ “one day at a time” can be quite a jaunt.

My Daily Meds: March 19
I once read “The Air And The Sun Are Healing Forces.” This means they are “Good for what ails ya.” If I feel “funky,” I can go outside. Breathe in. Close my eyes, feel the sun on my face. It is healing. A gift often taken for granted. A cool breeze. A drink of water. This is livin’. Thank You Master. It didn’t cost much, it is priceless.

My Daily Meds: July 8
Well, nobody’s perfick, still I hate to think
’Bout the long, hard road if I take a drink
Listen to me close … my long lost friend
Don’t pick up the first one, no! Don’t even pretend
That long hard road … could be a dead end.
