    Gifts of sobriety = joyous and free. These
    are wonderful. However, I share a belief or
    an opinion with at least one other person in
    the world. Here it is. If someone claims
    to be happy, joyous and free every day,
    all the time, 24/7. I believe the person
    is either a liar or an idiot. Right
    now, though, I am Happy, Joyous and Free

    I see Washington’s face nearly every day
    Do I ever think to stop … and say
    Thank-you God … for helping me pay
    A couple of “Thank-yous” might make HIS day

    “In God We Trust” goes way back when
    Read it on a penny, nickel, or a dime
    It’s in your pocket … most the time
    still we forget … till we’re out of luck
    I forgot to read it
    Bought a beer with that buck
