    The other day I was talking to Tina. She recently retired. She said, “I’m having trouble getting used to retirement, I think it’s because I haven’t got any hobbies yet.” I said, “What are you doing at this function, isn’t it a hobby to be here?” Dou you like to cook a little something for you and your husband? That’s a hobby. Do you like to shop? for a little food or something? and haven’t I seen you on the back of your husband’s motorcycle? Enjoy your hobbies.

    The “Good Old Days”
    Were not so great
    I collected grudges
    I thrived on hate
    I came to the point
    Were I ran out of room
    for any more resentment …
    Would mean only doom
