Our Heavenly Father celebrates when a prodigal child returns to him. He wants no harm to come to anyone. He does not put people into hell, they put themselves there. He is always here to help us out. Just ask him.

When the enemy (the evil one) takes a turn for the worst, we must not rejoice in their losing the battle or the round. However, it is alright to celebrate our victory. Continue to pray for them to be healed. Do not celebrate their loss.
